Over 60 years, Golin has grown from a single office in Chicago to a global integrated agency with 50+ offices worldwide. In 2015, it opened new offices in Moscow, Istanbul and Mexico City as well as a new joint venture agency called GolinMagic to strengthen its foothold in China. It welcomed six senior executives to the firm last year from larger agencies including Edelman and Ketchum. It stepped up its revolutionary g4 model – a strategy to empower communities of specialists within the agency, rather than hierarchies of generalists - with the roll out of g4 certification training for employees. And it launched the Golin Unternship: a programme designed to champion unconventional thinking. With a win rate of 67%, it welcomed 60 new partners to its client roster in 2015. Golin won three Bronze Lions at last year’s Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity as well as numerous ‘employer of choice’ accolades. Meanwhile, its overall profit margin continues strong with new revenue in its wholly-owned offices growing 8%+ year on year.
