PepsiCo’s global communications team leads some of the most cutting-edge, culture-defining PR programs in the industry and has created some of its best work across brand, corporate and digital PR communications over the past year. 2015 highlights include: iconic global brand campaigns blending sports, music and fashion such as Pepsi’s #FUTBOLNOW; innovation activations on the world’s biggest stages such as the PepsiCo Café at the World Economic Forum or sponsorship of the USA Pavilion at EXPO Milan; the award-winning Meeting of the Minds programme with LinkedIn pairing millennial talent with PepsiCo executives; and multi-brand sponsorship deals such as PepsiCo’s partnership with the UEFA Champions League. PepsiCo’s Global Communications Team also executed an aggressive, multi-stakeholder plan including employee engagement, content creation and influencer and partner outreach to mark last year’s 50th anniversary of Pepsi-Cola and Frito-Lay’s merger in June 1965. Tireless and collective work from all resulted in a landmark programme of activity that generated positive internal and external engagement achieving key objectives by tapping into the company’s rich history.
