Rachel is an established communications expert with nearly 20 years’ experience in developing successful strategic healthcare campaigns in the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific. She firmly believes that the most effective campaigns are those that address and speak to the needs and experiences of patients, a philosophy she has used to plan and execute multiple award-winning campaigns.

Rachel has a particular interest in mental health and wellbeing, believing that employers have a unique ability – and responsibility – to break stigma around mental health in the workplace and beyond. She has been instrumental in raising awareness of mental health and wellbeing internally at Janssen at a global level, and in making employee mental health programs and services just as much of a priority as those addressing physical health.
