Rekha comes with over 24+ years of experience straddling across Advertising, Corporate Communications, Marketing Communications and Public Relations. She has led her teams to win close to 70 awards, both local and global, with marquee campaigns, including the recent Vicks #TouchOfCare campaign that was chosen as one of the top 5 campaigns of the World, by Holmes Report. She has also been on the jury of STEVIE AWARDS, in the years 2017 and 2018.

She specialises in FMCG, Consumer, and Lifestyle PR, CSR campiagns, Advocacy and Issues Management. She has worked with FMCG brands across the consumer spectrum including Saffola, Nihar, Bio Oil, Parachute, Livon, SetWet, Lifebuoy, Fair&Lovely, Rin, Vim, Gillette, Vicks, Pampers, Oral-B, Beauty brand- Revlon, Health brands- Cipla Immuno Booster and Nicotex, Abbott Nutrition Décor brand- DDecor Auto brands like - Nissan and Porsche, Retail brands like- Pepperfry, Globus, Broadcast client- Sony Sports, TataSky. She has handled the issues mandate for Fair&Lovely and Monsanto.

She is known for her campaign building ability and has steered well-known campaigns like Gillette (Shave India Movement), Vicks (Touch of Care and Cheer for Champions), Oral-B (Smile India Movement), P&G Corporate CSR (Shiksha, Thank You Mom), Marico Brands- Nihar (I am Capable), Saffola (World Heart Day and Oats).

Her Advocacy work includes conceptualising and executing the first ever National child heath symposium which saw participation of leading think tank organisations like National Institute of Nutrition, NIMHANS, TERI, TISS etc. and an audience that consisted of over 100 NGOs working in the space of health. Her work also includes working on a gynaecologists programme for a women’s sanitary brand, targeted KOL outreach through Indian Association of Paediatricians for a leading diaper brand, and launching of a nutrition line for Abbott Nutrition.
She has also led brand responsibility and CSR work for Lifebuoy’s Hand hygiene programme, Fair & Lovely Foundation, Citi Micro-Entrepreneurship Programme, Marico innovation Foundation, SNEHA’s Dharavi Biennale.

Rekha is known to her clients as someone who drives ideas with a never-say-die attitude, deep consumer knowledge and a hunger for creating records and ‘firsts’.
In her spare time, you can find Rekha busy promoting the cause for saving Indian languages via Katha Kathan- her personal social responsibility initiative.
