Marcio Cavalieri

Entrepreneur in the communication industry, I am the co-founder and Co-CEO of Grupo RPMA, one of Brazil's largest independent agencies. Over the past 28 years, I have been involved in the launch and M&A processes of five agencies and have served more than 400 clients across multiple sectors. I served for 12 years on the board of Abracom, where I led the Radar Abracom survey in 2022, and I am part of the jury panel for global awards such as the Effie Awards, SABRE Latam, and PRWeek Global Awards. I hold a degree in Journalism, a postgraduate degree in Marketing from ESPM, and MBAs in Business Management and Digital Marketing from FGV. A father of three, guitarist, and art enthusiast, I believe in the power of communication as a driver of transformation for businesses, people, and society.
