Sherlock Communications

Founded in 2016, Sherlock Communications has spent nearly a decade working with global blockchain, Web3 and community-led organisations across Latin America, advising clients on how to engage not just journalists but audiences far beyond traditional media. Existing PR platforms in the region were fragmented by country and unable to support sustained engagement with non-traditional yet highly influential stakeholders such as community leaders, NGOs, WhatsApp and Facebook group administrators, and citizen journalists. To address this, Sherlock Communications invested US$50,000 to develop Arybe, a proprietary stakeholder engagement platform built in partnership with a blockchain client. Designed to reflect how modern communications actually works in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, Arybe enables teams to manage, segment and nurture relationships across media and community audiences at scale, without sacrificing personalisation. Launched and scaled across 15 Latin American markets in 2025, Arybe has become mission-critical. It supported more than 102,000 engagements, drove a 360% increase in active contacts, improved campaign coordination and delivered measurable uplifts in quality and impact, redefining what effective PR technology looks like in the region.
