Christmas 2025 presented an acute challenge for confectionery brands. Prices were rising, pack sizes were shrinking, and shrinkflation had become a regular media storyline. For Celebrations, this meant entering the year's most commercially important moment under heightened scrutiny. Rather than defend the product, Celebrations chose to change the conversation. Yule Breakers turned everyday festive rule-breaking into a cultural platform, reflecting how people were already adapting Christmas to fit modern life.
