Boehringer Ingelheim recognised that while AI is transforming workplaces globally, its own lacked confidence, skills, and visibility of best practices. To close this gap and accelerate adoption, H/Advisors was brought in to develop and launch M-AI, a global internal communications campaign designed to educate, empower, and embed AI capability across all levels and seniority levels. Ultimately, the goal was to turn AI into an everyday tool to support individual skills development, performance and productivity. M-AI flipped traditional training by making employees co-creators of learning. The campaign combined multilingual AI modules and a global competition showcasing practical AI solutions, culminating in an awards ceremony. Launched in just six weeks, M-AI dominated internal channels with a distinctive identity and localisation toolkits, driving rapid engagement across regions. M-AI transformed AI from an abstract concept into an everyday tool with an 80% increase of CoPilot usage, creating a confident, AI-literate workforce and a scalable blueprint for future learning.
