Client: Zayed Sustainability Prize
From the Pacific to the Atlantic and the Caribbean, the 2025 Latin America campaign for the Zayed Sustainability Prize reached communities rarely included in global conversations: rural schools with unstable internet, small family businesses using a laptop for the first time, and NGO leaders navigating drought and crisis. We didn’t wait for them to discover the Prize. We went to them. This campaign was never just about increasing submissions. It was about opening doors and dismantling the belief that global awards aren’t meant for “people like us.” Through hyper-local storytelling, workshops, webinars, submission clinics and direct one-to-one support, we transformed a distant international prize into a trusted, personal opportunity. Ministries, embassies, universities and community leaders joined a collective regional effort to encourage participation. Working across 16 countries, we activated more than 100 partners and engaged 10,000 potential candidates. When technical barriers emerged, we guided applicants in real time until submissions were complete. The result was historic: 1,234 submissions, 10 global semifinalists, 4 finalists, 2 winners, over 1 billion in reach and a 1,558% ROI. More importantly, communities that once felt excluded believed they belonged.
