International Workplace Group
Since 2021, against the backdrop of an increasingly polarised landscape around how we work, MHP Group have partnered with International Workplace Group (IWG) to lead the global debate. The company’s rapid growth is fuelled by a powerful idea: “We don’t have to work like this” – challenging the fundamental assumption that companies will continue to operate in the same way, as well as moving at the same velocity. As IWG’s global hub agency working closely with senior stakeholder Simon Condon, MHP Group UK team manages 23 markets from Ireland to Egypt supporting three long-term objectives through our work; increase global sales, footfall and support international expansion. Targeting global and UK C-suite (FTSE 500 to SM), CHROs, investors, potential customers/ partners, top tier media/ commentators, academics and workers themselves, we help CEO Mark Dixon communicate this argument through a varied proactive/reactive programme. This includes, but is not limited to, research (academic, consultancy, business leaders and consumer), white papers, thought leadership interviews, commentary and newsjacking, data-led storytelling, expert engagement and creative campaigns. In 2025 alone, our work delivered 8,500+ coverage pieces across key markets in EMEA, USA and APAC, totalling (25,000+ since we began.) This encompassed over 500 interviews for leadership, almost 4,000 top-tier national media pieces and 925 bylines or commentary for Mark Dixon, increasing YoY volume by 19%. Our research-led approach has had direct business impact, with IWG adding over 1,000 locations in the last year alone, alongside an increased share price of over one third.
