Mindset Consulting is an award-winning, Madrid-based international strategic communications agency for tech companies and VC funds. The agency was established in 2020 by Dina Mostovaya, a global business and culture strategist who was named the Best Woman in PR by the Davos Communications Awards 2022 and the grand prize winner and PR Star Under 40 at the 2023 Bulldog PR Awards. After more than 10 years of experience in tech PR, Mostovaya leveraged her network and expertise to launch a company that merged all she loved about working in the agency world. The name she chose was based on the philosophy, “The way we think, the way we live.” Now, the team includes 16 managers from cities like Madrid, Barcelona, Belgrade, New York, Lisbon, Milan, and San Diego, who, together, work with brands in various industries. The team’s multicultural background helps them tailor their approach to every client, as well as to their global partners and journalists. Since the agency's founding, they’ve implemented over 650 successful projects in the United States, the UK, Europe, LATAM and MENA. Within 2025, Mindset’s clients raised multi-million VC investments and achieved significant growth through PR efforts and highly-targeted organic publication in tier-1 media. Additionally, the agency’s client roster added dozens of new projects, and the team was bolstered with five new members. The firm has also been contributing to the PR industry development, sharing our expertise on Medium, distributing a quarterly newsletter, and holding webinars and workshops for entrepreneurs and communications experts.
