We positioned ourselves higher on the value chain, equipping the region with the foresight, innovation, and expertise required to counsel and lead on the world’s most complex issues. With the global rollout of Weber Advisory, Weber Create, and Weber I/O, we redefined the very nature of our client partnerships. We rose to the moment in many ways, and the results speak for themselves: 100% retention of our top 20 clients, new business wins from Samsung, Techno, Eli Lilly, Spotify, and Tata Motors, and a staggering 50 industry awards, including Agency of the Year honors in India, South Asia, Korea and Japan. Yet, amidst external triumphs, we also looked inward, ensuring our employee programs were recognized as global best-in-class, further solidifying that transformation begins within.
