Isabelle Lim's career has been built across more than a decade in the luxury and beauty industry with iconic brands. She currently heads Communications and Engagement as part of the Management Committee for the L'Oreal Groupe's portfolio of brands in TR Asia Pacific.

A strong advocate of sustainability, ethics and the community, she has received numerous accolades and awards, and led the charge for receiving the company's first-ever awards from the Singapore government.
