Lesley Sillaman

Lesley is managing director of HAVAS Red, leading the agency's day-to-day operations in North America, partnering with the CEO to drive growth, culture and innovation for the micro-network's North America team. Sillaman joined Havas in 2006, and has functioned in various roles in her career, including strategist, crisis specialist, content and speech writer, media relations specialist and trainer. Lesley has been recognised in the industry for her expertise in crisis and corporate communication and regularly trains clients and teams on crisis communication. She has been recognised in the industry with several awards and accolades, including the PR News PR People Awards as Agency PR Professional of the Year, as a member of the Cannes Lions Grand Jury in the PR category, Jury President for the 2020 Lisbon PR Awards and as the PRSA Pittsburgh Renaissance Awards Hall of Fame recipient.
