Neha Mehrotra

Neha Mehrotra is managing director at Avian We., We.'s India agency. With over two decades of experience in public relations, she is one of Avian We.'s founding members and leads the agency's operations across India. She has designed and driven several initiatives to fuel the firm's growth, including the flagship Clients for Life programme, which has played a key role in deepening client relationships and enabling long-term success.  A committed advocate for gender equity, Neha is the co-founder of Women in PR India. She currently serves as vice president at the International Communications Consultancy Organisation (ICCO) and vice president at the Public Relations Consultants Association of India (PRCAI). At PRCAI, she previously served as National Chair of Growth and Standardisation and led the development of the Client-Consultancy Partnership Charter.  Neha has received several industry recognitions, including E4M's CEO of the Year (2024), Campaign's Women to Watch APAC (2023), and the Future Leaders Summit's Emerging Leader Award (2018).
