Penny is passionate about creating financial and health inclusion by building the world's most trusted companies and institutions. As Head of Brand for APAC, Penny's team are the custodians of one of the world's most loved healthcare brands. Bupa was established 75 years ago and today its purpose endures: to help people live longer, healthier, happier lives and making a better world. Penny was previously Director of Brand, Customer & Corporate Affairs in Hong Kong, leading the crisis response to the outbreak of Covid-19 for Bupa and Quality HealthCare. Before Bupa she has worked in financial services in government, policy and banking including in Cambodian microfinance and as a Federal Ministerial Advisor. Penny is a member of the Women of the Melbourne Cricket Club Committee which strives to make sport more welcoming and inclusive for women in all aspects of the game.
