Presently senior advisor and Head of strategic planning & creative services at Stockholm-based communications agency Spotlight, which is consistently top-rated in the Nordics by PRovoke Agency-of-the-Year and recently ranked #1 by leading Swedish trademag Resume.

 In the past few years, Spotlight has won multiple top awards and nominations both internationally (IPRA Golden World Awards, PRWeek Global Awards, Sabre Awards EMEA, AMEC Effectiveness Awards) and nationally (100wattaren Effectiveness award, Spinn PR awards). 

Prior to current position, Stefan collected a range of industry award-wins including top rated international (Epica, Eurobest, London International, Gartner CRM Excellence) and national awards (Guld Creative advertising, 100wattaren Effectiveness award). Jury experience to date includes Sabre Awards, Sweden's Marketing effectiveness awards and Strategy Awards among several others. Background and career in most things communications with a focus on marketing, advertising and account planning ‚both client-side and agency ‚with award-winning work since the late 90ies, for both creative and effectiveness. Former chapter president of IAA (International Advertising Association) Sweden-chapter.
