Sukhy Bachada is a healthcare PR specialist with more than 20 years of experience across global newsrooms, humanitarian settings, and strategic communications. For the past five years, he has led earned media strategies spanning medical congresses, data milestones, and thought-leadership campaigns. Prior to his work in healthcare, Sukhy spent 12 years as a BBC journalist, and also delivered behaviour-change programmes with partners including the UN and UK government. He brings a unique blend of editorial insight, creative storytelling, and purpose-driven communications to his role as a PR Awards judge.
